Thirthahalli: A burqa-clad man was detained by police during the grand Ellamavasya Fair at the renowned Shri Rameshwara Temple, Thirthahalli.
The unidentified individual was spotted near a joint wheel connecting Rathabeedi and Meelkeri Road. He was carrying a red bag, raising suspicions among locals about his identity and intent.
