Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai appears in Karkala court as witness in old case

Karkala: Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai appeared before the Karkala court on Monday, January 6, to give his witness statement in connection with an old case.

The case dates back to Annamalai’s tenure as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Karkala, during which he had registered a case involving the arrest of an accused found in possession of explosive materials.

The court proceedings for this case are ongoing, and Annamalai’s witness statement was pending.

On Monday, Annamalai appeared in court and provided his statement. During his visit, he was seen interacting with former municipal council member Prakash Rao, local leader Yogesh Nayak, and a group of lawyers.
