Hubballi: The Dalit-led bandh against Amit Shah’s alleged remarks on Dr. Ambedkar significantly impacted Hubballi from early Thursday.

Protesters deflated the tires of private buses and vehicles at several locations and burned tires at Chennamma Circle as part of their demonstration.

Protesters, in groups, marched to various areas, compelling shops and establishments to close down.

Private buses, cabs, autorickshaws, and other vehicles were immobilized as their tires were deflated by agitators.

From 6:00 AM, major junctions like Chennamma Circle and Hosur saw widespread closures, while some interior shops stayed open.
