Udupi: Kunitha bhajane mark saptotsava celebrations at Sri Krishna Matha

Udupi: As part of the Saptotsava celebrations, a special “Kunitha Bhajane” was inaugurated at Sri Krishna Matha by Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji of the Sri Paryaya Puttige Matha.

The event featured vibrant dance bhajans performed by 26 teams along the Rathabeedi. Adding grandeur to the festivities, the Rathotsava of Sri Ananteshwara Chandramouleshwara and Sri Krishna Mukhyaprana Devaru was held with great splendor.

The Rathotsava procession, accompanied by a spectacular Panchavadyam performance, was graced by the presence of Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji and Sri Sushrindra Tirtha Swamiji of the Paryaya Puttige Matha.

The celebrations drew large crowds and showcased the spiritual and cultural richness of the region, reinforcing Udupi’s legacy as a hub of devotion and tradition.
