Bengaluru: “After 46 years in the Congress party, due to some unavoidable reasons I have to leave my own party. However, I’ll continue with my political career, even if I move out of the party, said former Karnataka Chief Minister, senior congress leader in a press conference held at Bengaluru on Sunday.
He was addressing the press conference after his resignation to congress party membership yesterday.
“Congress party doesn’t require any senior heads, their advice. It can function with the support of its own managers. I thank the congress party for giving everything to me and for the growth of my political career,” he added. Answering to a question he said, he would remain active in the politics without retirement.
