Bengaluru: All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) Chief Secretary VK Sasikala Natarajan who was sentenced to four year jail term by the Supreme Court earlier this month has requested jail authorities to provide facilities including a bedstead, fan and attached bath room facility at Parappana Agrahara jail in Bengaluru. Earlier, the jail authorities had rejected her request to supply non vegetarian food twice a week, mineral water and service of physician on call.

Meanwhile, jail officials have informed that Sasikala is being treated as a general prisoner and  same facilities are being provided to her. So far, Sasikala has completed 21 days out of four year jail term sentenced by the apex court for holding unaccounted asset.
