Fire Accident destroys more than 70 acre forest land in Kodagu

Kodagu: More than 70 acres of forest land has been destroyed in a fire accident on Friday at Anekadu forest in Kodagu district. Fire workers, police, forest officials and the general public have been fighting to stop the fire from spreading to other parts of the area. Higher temperature has turned into a hurdle for fire fighters, said forest officials. Further details on the incident are yet to be known.
