Hunter Shot Dead by Forest Staff on Wednesday Night Near Kanakapura

Kanakapura: A youth was died after forest department staff fired at him on Wednesday night in Uyyamballi forest area of Kanakapura when he was indulged in hunting with other three hunters’ using deadly weapons. The deceased has been identified as Guru (24), a resident of Doddalahalli. The bullet fired was hit on the chest of the deceased and following shot he was died on the spot. His companions were ran away from the spot after he was shot dead. Senior Forest Officials, Police Officers have reached at the spot and investigating the incident. A police complaint has been registered at Sathanuru police station on the incident.
