Karnataka Govt to Issue Special ID Cards for Non Residents of Karnataka

Bengaluru/Abu Dubai: Karnataka state government decided to issue special identity cards named, NRK for non residents of Karnataka (NRK), said Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah speaking at inaugural session of newly constituted Karnataka Non-Resident Indian Forum at the Indian Consulate Hall in Abu Dhabi on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, chief minister said, “Karnataka government is committed to resolve the issues of the non residents of Karnataka working in Dubai and other foreign countries. The government has formed a separate NRK policy to resolve the issues related to Karnataka residents working in foreign countries.”
