Denotification Case: High Court Rejects BSY Plea to Stay Lokayukta Investigation

Bengaluru: Karnataka state high court has dismissed a petition on Monday which sought a stay order on a denotification case registered against former Karnataka Chief Minister, BJP leader BS Yeddyurappa. The court adjourned the case until July 07.
Right to Information (RTI) activist, Jayakumar filed a petition before Karnataka High Court in 2010 and sought an investigation on Gangenahalli denotification case. Accordingly, Lokayukta officials registered a case against BSY and have been investigating the case.
