BSY Gets Temporary Relief from Karnataka High Court in Denotification Case

Bengaluru: In a temporary relief to former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa, Karnataka high court on Thursday has directed Lokayukta police not to take any action against former chief minister until July 24, 2017.
Hearing an argument from Lokayukta inconnection with a land denotification case, single member high court bench observed that Lokayukta can’t move in a rude way as the accused is a chef ministerial candidate. The court adjourned for next hearing on July 24.
