HD Deve Gowda Moves New Delhi after PM Calls to Discuss Indo-China Boarder Standoff

New Delhi/Bengaluru: JDS National President and former Prime minister HD Deve Gowda left Karnataka for New Delhi on Saturday following a telephone call from Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday to attend a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on prevailing border issue with China at Doklam region.
Sushma Swaraj reportedly urged former Prime Minister to attend the meeting with the prime minister in the national capital scheduled to be held in the evening on Saturday to provide his valuable suggestions to Narendra Modi on the border standoff.
