Daughter Kills Her Father for Questioning Illicit Relationship in Gokak

Gokak: A lady at Kadabagatti in Gokak taluk of Belagavi district reportedly hired a gang and murdered her father who questioned her illicit relationship. The incident came into light as father of the lady, Kenchappa Noganihala went missing under suspicious circumstances after he questioned illicit affair of his daughter, Siddavva Kattekar.

Kenchappa’s brother registered a complaint in the local police station on suspicious missing incident of his brother. The police team after an investigation found, Siddavva was hired a gang and handed over Rs 70, 000 to kill her father for resisting her illicit affair. Her mother, wife of the deceased is also accused in the murder. The police questioned, arrested the three member gang who accused in the murder of Kenchappa and recovered buried body for postmortem.

The police arrested five accused in connection with the murder including daughter, Siddavva Kattekar, wife of the deceased, Gowravva Noganihala, gang members- Shivaji, Shankara Deshinge, Durgappa Nandi, Rama Siddappa Nandi. A case stands registered at Gokak rural police station on the incident.
