Congress Local Leader Makes Alleged Life Threatening Call to Movie Producer Madan Patel

Bengaluru: In the wake of upcoming Karnataka state legislative assembly elections, local Congress party leader, R Ramesh allegedly threatened another Congress leader, film producer, actor Madan Patel and asked not to try to get party ticket to contest in the next assembly elections from reserved constituency CV Ramanan Nagar located in the state capital.

Madan Patel has handed over the audio tape to media which contains audio recording of the alleged threat call made by R Ramesh to Madan forcing him not to obtain party ticket to contest from CV Ramanan Nagar constituency.

Madan Patel also said that he would register a complaint against Ramesh before the police, KPCC president, G Parameshwara and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on the life threatening call.
