BJP Stages Huge Demonstration Against Karnataka Govt in Bengaluru; to Hold Statewide Protests

Bengaluru: BJP unit in Karnataka has began its week long protests against alleged corruption scandals of congress ministers, leaders and Congress party led state government in a huge demonstration organized here at Freedom park in the state capital on Friday.
Thousands of party workers, people gathered in the freedom park to participate in the demonstrations and a procession to siege Vidha Soudha. BJP leaders, workers including State BJP President BS Yeddyurappa, senior leader KS Eshwarappa, state party unit incharge Muralidhar Rao and others were arrested by the police on the way to siege Vidhana Soudha.
Speaking on the occasion BSY said, his party will organize week long statewide protests against the state government at various locations as the government involved in various corruption scandals and irregularities. Vehicular movement stalled on almost all roads near freedom park including Racecourse, Raj Bhavan, Sheshadri and other nearby roads of the freedom park.
