Karnataka High Court Stalls All Legal Proceeding on 5 Leaders of Hindu Outfits

Bengaluru: Karnataka High Court in an interim stay order has asked Bantwal JMFC court and police to stop all legal proceedings against five leaders of various Hindu outfits inconnection with stone pelting incidents occurred during funeral procession of RSS worker Sharath on July 8 in BC Road.
The high court in an order on Friday has stalled all legal procedures followed by the police on the accused including FIR and adjourned its hearing to August 26. Earlier, the five accused had approached the high court seeking a stay order on the case stating they have no connection with the stone pelting incidents reported.
