2 Nepalese nationals killed in road accident

New Delhi : Two Nepalese nationals were killed and another was injured when their motorcycle was hit by an unidentified vehicle in outer Delhi’s Alipur, the police said. Suraj Keshri, Rahul and Lakshu, who used to sell momos for livelihood, were returning from Singhu border area on the motorcycle early yesterday when they were hit by the vehicle near National Highway 1, they said.

A passerby spotted the three lying injured on the road and informed the police, they said. Keshri and Rahul, who lived in a rented accommodation in Chirag Delhi, were declared brought dead in a hospital while Lakshu, a resident of Jehangirpuri, was undergoing treatment at LNJP hospital, the police said.

According to medical reports, the three men were in an inebriated state, the police said.
