Railway Minister tweets ‘met PM Modi taking full moral responsibility’

New Delhi: After the tragic train accidents in the country, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu said that he met PM Modi today that he had taken full moral responsibility and said that PM Modi has asked him to wait.
This morning, Kaifyat Express derailment at Auriya in Uttar Pradesh took place where over 74 passengers were injured as nine bogies of the train got derailed. According to railway officials, train derailed after hitting against a dumper carrying construction material for railway work.
On Saturday, Utkal Express derailed in Khatauli near Muzaffarnagar leaving over 22 dead and 156 others injured. After preliminary probe found that unscheduled track maintenance works caused the derailment.
