School Girl Injures Self, Becomes Victim of Blue Whale Game in Hubballi

Hubballi: For the first time, notorious online game, Blue Whale showcased its strong presence in Karnataka after an 11 year old school girl injured self while playing the game on August 24 in Hubballi. The girl told her classmates that she cut her finger while playing the game.

The school authorities said the girl has been admitted to a hospital here for treatment after she informed about her act. The teachers and doctors counseled the student and asked not to play the game again and to uninstall the game downloaded in her father’s cell phone. The school authorities have called a meeting of parents’ of all students inconnection to the incident.
