Murder Accused Dies in Road Accident When Police Tried to Nab Him in Channarayapatna

Channarayapatna: An accused in murder case died after he was hit by a lorry when the police chased to nab him at Baraguru of Chennarayapatna taluk on Thursday night. The accused, Anil brutally murdered Naveen (28) on August 28 at a sugarcane field in Kalenahalli of Dandiganahalli Hobli of the taluk.
Soon after the murder, the accused moved to Sri Dharmasthala temple to wash his sin. The police on a tipoff, chased the youth at Baraguru when he was returning from temple visit which resulted in a road accident.
