Six Persons Die on Spot after KSRTC Bus-Cruiser Collision in Bagalkot

Bagalkot: Six persons died on the spot after a collision between KSRTC bus and cruiser vehicle at Korthi cross in Bilagi taluk of Bagalkot district on Friday morning. As many as 12 people were travelling in the cruiser when the incident took place.

Two persons reportedly survived with serious injuries and are being treated in a local hospital here. The incident took place when the KSRTC bus was plying from Vijayapura to Bagalkot town while cruiser vehicle was on its way to Sollapur of Maharashtra from Karwar. A case stands registered on the incident at Bilagi police station on the incident.
