Tigers Killed Staff of Bannerghatta National Park; Officers Negligence Alleged

Bengaluru: An assistant animal attendant was died after he was attacked by a group of tigers at Bannerghatta national park following alleged irresponsibility of the concerned officials at the park. The deceased, Anjaneya (35) was reportedly joined the park as one of the staff just a week ago.

Initially Anjaneya was attacked by one year old two tigers and later the elder members of the group attacked him which resulted in heavy bleeding ending his life on the spot.

The officers were shut the door of the park soon after the incident to prevent the media persons from entering into the accident spot. Banneghatta police rushed into the spot soon after the incident and registered a case on the incident.

Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased were seen protesting before the office of the park on Sunday urging justice for the death of their family member.
