TAPMI Manipal Presents BRANDSCAN 2017

The Event

BrandScan is the biggest market research fair conducted by the students of T.A. Pai Management Institute – Manipal, under the guidance of expert faculty members and with the active support of industry professionals. For 24 years, BrandScan has been TAPMI’s flagship event that provides a platform to establish live and active industry-institute working relations.

BrandScan 2017, the Silver Jubilee edition will be taken a notch higher with the 2 formats: Manipal (Semi-Urban) and Bangalore (Urban). The Manipal event will be conducted in KMC Greens on 12th November 2017 and in Bangalore on 18th and 19th November 2017 at Orion Mall. Every year BrandScan witnesses more than 70,000 footfall at both the locations. This year the team expects more number of participants and a greater footfall.

BrabdScan as associated with Maybelline NewYork as the Title sponsors for the year 2017. The Manipal edition of BrandScan 2017 is powered by Van Heusen along with INOX as the multiplex partner, CHANNEL ONE KARNATAKA as the communication partner, BIG FM as the Radio Partner, 9XM as the Music Channel Partner, Udayavani as the Online News Partner and TIMES NOW as the media partner. The BrandScan team is also associated with Nielsen as the Market Research advisor and UN-3 Consulting as the Knowledge partner.

BrandScan 2017 officially flagged off their event with the Press Release at PRESS CLUB, UDUPI on 7th November, 2017.

The press release was chaired by Mr. Siddhant Mukesh Chawla, Convener, Mr. Ram Om Pancharia, Co-convener and Mr. Prajval Prakash Gowda, Senior Project co-coordinator.  The details of the events which include the locations, duration along with various sponsors of BrandScan 2017 were announced.

The events scheduled for BrandScan 2017 Manipal edition are as follows:

  • Kids Got Talent: Children’s event for the age group 5 – 14 performing in various competitions
  • Bech Daal – The Mad Ads Competition
  • Brag On – The Dance Competition
  • Apocalypse – The Battle of Bands
  • Rahul Subramanian Live! – Stand up comedy

With exciting prizes worth 2 lakhs, BrandScan 2017 is all set for a full day filled with fun and entertainment.
