Registration of 100CC Two Wheelers Resumes in Karnataka

Bengaluru: Karnataka high court in an order on Wednesday stayed an order from transport department which stalled registration of two wheelers with below 100CC engine. With the new order, the registration process for the two wheelers with 100 CC engine and below engine capacity has been restarted in Karnataka.
Earlier, transport department had banned registration of the two wheelers with 100 CC and below engine capacity under Karnataka Motor Vehicle Act 143 (3) following a high court order which ruled to stall the registration of the two wheelers with engine capacity of 100 CC and below having pavilion seat.
