Police Arrest Two; Seize 11.70 KG Ganja in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: Kadri police arrested two and seized 11.70 kilogram ganja worth Rs 3.30 lakh in an operation near Maroli in Mangaluru city on Saturday. The police also seized a Maruti car and other valuables from the arrested.
The duo nabbed when they were entering into the city from Hassan in a Maruti car. The accused have been identified as P Raghu (36) a resident of Prasadihalli, Belur taluk of Hassan district and Prakash (26) a native of Ranaghatta located in Belur taluk. The accused admitted that the ganja was purchased by them at Paderu in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh to sell the same in various parts of Karnataka.
