Udupi SP Dr Sanjeev Patil transferred, Nimbargi Nimbargi New SP

Udupi:  Dr Sanjeev M Patil, Superintendent of Police of Udupi district, has been transferred as DCP administration Bengaluru with immediate effect.

Laxman Nimbargi, Additional Superintendent of Police of Chitradurga has been posted as new Superintendent of Police of Udupi district.

Patil told media that he had a good tenure in Udupi. He could discharge his duties effectively with support from his team and was satisfied by his performance. The phone in-programme was a unique aspect that helped him understand the criminal activities and legal issues bothering the district.

The above order came from the home ministry on Sunday, December 31.

Many IPS officers in the state have been transferred through the same order.
