Karnataka bandh preponed to Jan 25

Bengaluru: Karnataka Bandh called by Kannada Chaluvali leader Vatal Nagaraj, along with various other Kannada organizations and unions of farmers has now been preponed to January 25. Earlier, the bandh was called for on January 27.
Vatal Nagaraj clarified that the bandh was rescheduled because of the string of holidays from January 26 to 28.
Vatal Nagaraj also said that “Besides the bandh, all Kannada organisations will wave black flags against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 28 at his rally, protesting against his non-involvement in the Mahadayi water dispute,’’.
