Daregudde Priyanka goes missing again

Mangaluru: Priyanka from Daregudde Moodbidri who was living in an Ashram has reportedly gone missing.

Priyanka from Daregudde who eloped with a youth from her home a day before she had to get married to her long time boyfriend after intoxicating her family was found in Mumbai and was later brought back to Mangaluru by the Police.

Priyanka was arrested on charges of theft of gold ornaments and offering an intoxicating drink to her family. However, all the gold ornaments were found with her.

She was produced to the court on December 23 in the case of offering an intoxicating drink to her family and was remanded to judicial custody until December 26. Then the custody period was extended to January 5, 2018.

It has been reported that, initially Priyanka refused to go home but after her family insisted she agreed to go along with them. Priyanka was undergoing counselling at the Ashram.
