Tight security deployed for Modi’s Bengaluru visit

Bengaluru: a strong security force of 13000 police personnel has been deplaoyed to maintain peace and order during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bengaluru today.
City Police Commissioner T. Suneel Kumar said on Saturday that the police force to maintain security is being supervised by Additional Commissioner of Police B.K. Singh, traffic management will be supervised by Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) R. Hithendra.
CCTV cameras have been installed at the venue. Verifications drills are being conducted at hotels and lodges. The bus stands, railways stations and the airport are being monitored.
