Bengaluru: As a result of differences in seat sharing for the upcoming Assembly polls, the state units of the Left parties that were earlier investigating the choices of an organization together with the JD(S), have now dropped the plans. Rather, the CPI and CPM are currently seeking after a truck with the ruling Congress.

CPI state general secretary Siddanagouda Patil said the Left party had kept in touch with Chief Minister and KPCC boss G Parameshwara around 15 days back in this regard.”Though JD(S) leader H D Deve Gowda has met the CPI national leaders in New Delhi, nothing truly has left it. The party has declared to handle competitors in field electorate where the CPI and the CPM are planning to compete. It would appear that JD(S) state president H D Kumaraswamy isn’t excessively enthusiastic about the partnership as he needs to suit an excessive number of competitors. Additionally, the JD(S) hasn’t cleared up that it is really mainstream – that it won’t frame cooperation with the BJP if there is a hung Assembly.” He said the CPI was now hoping to field candidates from four constituencies in alliance with the Congress Chikkamagaluru or Mudigere; Kudligi in Ballari and one constituency in Kalaburagi district and Tumakuru or Sira.

“We are yet to get notification from the Congress. We will hold up till the election dates are declared. In the event that the Congress does not respond, at that point the Left party will enter the shred alongside Sarvodaya Karnataka Paksha, Swaraj India, Janandolanagala Maha Mytri and Janasangrama Parishat,” included Patil.

CPM state secretary G V Srirama Reddy said his party was taking a gander at handling competitors in 24 fragments. “We are open for collusion with the JD(S), if the party approaches us,” he included.

Reddy, a former MLA, needs to challenge from Bagepalli in Chikkaballapur district. In any case, the JD(S) has officially declared MLC C R Manohar as its hopeful from that point.

Kumaraswamy disclosed that however his gathering is open for a partnership with the Left party, but there had been no formal talks between them.
