Udupi: Police have formed teams to nab the culprits behind Naveen D’souza murder case.
Teams from Udupi District Crime Detection Squad, Kaup Circle Police Station and Padubidri station are trying to trace the assailants.
Naveen, who worked as a driver in Bengaluru had returned to his hometown. It has been said that he asked his mother to prepare for pork curry. However, when the mother said that she is ill and that she won’t be able to prepare the curry he was infuriated and had called the church parish priest to prepare a grave pit as he would be killing his mother.
Later, a neighbour had rescued the woman and had got her admitted to the Shirva church orphanage.
Naveen was brutally murdered by four miscreants outside a bar on Padubidri-Karkal road.
