BJP positive of winning Karnataka election after Tripura win

Bengaluru: After the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won a lion’s share in the Tripura Assembly decisions, the party’s state unit Chief B.S. Yeddyurappa on Saturday oozed trust in prevailing upon 150 of the 224 assembly constituencies in the upcoming Karnataka Assembly polls due in April-May.
“Individuals of North East and Tripura, specifically, have rejected corrupt and troublesome legislative issues of the Congress and the Communist Party of India (Marxist)..it is currently certain that Karnataka will likewise dismiss Congress for its corruption and disruptive governmental issues released by Siddaramaiah,” Yeddyurappa said in an announcement in Bengaluru.
Karnataka will copy Tripura, he affirmed. The decision from the north east surveys has additionally encouraged the party framework in the election bound southern state, Yeddyurappa said.
“This will empower us to achieve the objective we have set for ourselves in Karnataka – 150 or more seats,” emphasized the Lok Sabha part from Shivamogga.
The “countdown” for the Congress party had started as the general population were picking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “governmental issues of advancement” and were excited about influencing India Congress-to free, the BJP leader said.
The BJP came to control in the state in 2008 yet lost to the Congress in May 2013 Assembly polls following a split in its state initiative in 2012 when Yeddyurappa quit the party and joined Karnataka Janata Paksha (KJP).
Alongside the Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT), the BJP on Saturday had won 43 out of the 59 seats, removing the Left Front government that had ruled the state for around 25 years.
