Woman shoots herself to death

Madikeri: A divorced woman committed suicide after shooting herself to death. This incident took place art Chikkara village.
The deceased has been identified as Sowmya (32), daughter of Tammayya of Chikkar village. She committed suicide at around 3pm in the afternoon.
Three years got, Sowmya got divorced and was residing in Mysuru. She had just returned back to Chikkar village three days back.
Her brother Sharath noticed her battling for life and immediately rushed her to the government hospital in Somwarpet. However, she succumbed on her way.
Her body has been sent to district hospital in Madikeri for post mortem.
