Underworld fugitive Bannanje Raja faces fake Visa case

Belagavi: Famous underworld fugitive, Bannanje Raja, who faces more than 43 cases including extortion, and who has been accused in the murder for R N Nayak from Ankola, is confronting new issue.

The Karnataka Control of Organized Crimes (KCOC) Act court here has requested that the police give documentary proof and other data identifying with obtainment of fake passport and visa at Mangaluru. All papers relating with the duping passport centres have now been sent to Mangaluru, putting the Raja into new controversy.

Judge of the KCOC Act court here, R J Sathish Singh, has issued orders to get samples of signature and handwriting of Bannanje Raja and present the same to Barke police headquarters, Mangaluru.

Bannanje Raja is presently in Hindalaga jail in Belagavi. The court gave the above consent tuned in to the demand made by circle police inspector of Barke station, Ramakrishna, with an aim to get records to help investigation on fake passport and visa case. The judge, tuned in to the application made through special public prosecutor, K G Puranikmath, and passed orders to present documents as required by Barke police headquarters Mangaluru.
