Bengaluru: To highlight the state government’s accomplishments in the past five year the Congress will launch the ‘Namma Bengaluru, Namma Hemme’ (Our Bengaluru, Our Pride) padayatra on Wednesday

The foot walk is basically a counter to the BJP’s ‘Bengaluru Rakshisi’ (Save Bengaluru) padayatra that focused the “failures” of Congress government. The Congress padayatra will be launched in KR Puram and will cover all the 28 constituencies in the city for the next 12 days.

Speaking to the media persons Bengaluru Development Minister K J George said the padayatra would likewise uncover the “misdeeds” of the past BJP government. He focused on that the Congress government had strived to give better foundation in Bengaluru in the previous five years.
