Karnataka pre-election Survey predicts 126 seats for Congress, 70 for BJP

Bengaluru: A pre-election survey overview has gauge a triumph for the ruling Congress in the upcoming Assembly race.
As indicated by the pre-election survey, conducted by Gurugram-based C fore, the Congress is relied upon to win 126 seats with a 46% vote share. The BJP is relied upon to win 70 seats while the JD(S) will get partly 27 seats.
The survey was conducted between March 1 and March 25 in which 22,357 voters from 154 Assembly bodies electorate covering every one of the locale were given an organized questionnaire.
The survey offered Chief Minister Siddaramaiah a go-ahead, in that 45% of respondents favored him over BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa (26%) and JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy (13%) for the Chief Minister seat.
Whenever reached, C fore CEO Premchand Palety said the survey was “autonomous” and was not charged by the Congress.
