Kaup: JD(S) and BJP leaders from Uchila have joined the Congress party here.
MLA Vinay Kumar Sorake handed over 50 state and district level leaders from JD(S) and BJP party at a programme organized at Rajiv Bhavan on Wednesday.
MLA Sorake promised to offer suitable positions to the new members.
Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee secretary, Belapu Deviprasad Shetty, block Congress president, Naveenchandra Shetty, campaign committee president, Dinesh Kotian, district youth Congress president, Vishwas Amin, other leaders like Imran, Lokesh Anchan, Rafique, Siraj and others were present.
