Top court orders trial of candidates for forgery in KPSC scam

The court made its oral remarks while requesting trial of Karnataka Administrative Service officers Asha Parveen S M and Salma Firdose (both from 1998 group), and KSPC staff K Narasimha and M B Banakar (both from 2004) and P Gopi Krishna, individual collaborator to Dr H N Krishna, at that point KPSC part who later moved toward becoming the chairman.

Aristotle likewise pointed that the Bengaluru lab official who gave wrong forensic report confronted the adverse procedures.

The case against the denounced was enlisted in the Vidhan Soudha police headquarters on August 11, 2011, based on the examination led by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). The enquiry was requested by the HC into the abnormalities in the enlistment procedure of Group An and B officers by the KPSC in 1998, 1999 and 2004.
