Rahul Gandhi to visit Bantwal on April 27: Rai

Mangaluru: District in-charge, minister Ramanath Rai said that Congress President, Rahul Gandhi, will visit the district ahead of polls on April 27.

Addressing media here, Rai said, “Rahul Gandhi will address a public gathering at B C Road at 10 am   and then proceed to Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala and then leave to Coorg district. Rai also urged all the party workers and people of Bantwal and neighboring constituencies to attend the public gathering.” 

Rai said, “Congress party is confident on winning in the upcoming elections with majority, party workers have filed their nominations and we will campaign on various developmental projects by the Siddaramaiah government. Rai expressed confidence of winning all the 8 constituencies in the upcoming election.”
