Puttur: A 50 year old man here has been arrested under the POCSO act on Tuesday.
The accused has been identified as Shamsher Khan (50)
It has been reported that, Khan sexually assaulted a minor from the past one year and threatened her if she revealed it to others.
On April 17, he forced into the act and was later arrested by the Police.
Puttur Police have registered a case under 4, 8, 12 POCSO act 2012 and 376 (1), 376 (C) IPC.
