High Court serves notice to BBMP commissioner and Chief secretary

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court requested to serve a quick notice to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Commissioner and Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka identified with an affirmed corruption.
The candidate claimed misappropriation worth numerous croresin purchasing truck mounted sweeping machine and demanded that the investigation be handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The public interest litigation (PIL) by R Gopal was considered for trial by the Divisional Bench including Justice B Veerappa and Justice S Suneel Dut Yadav, on May 4.
The court additionally requested to serve notice to the litigants BBMP executive engineers and M/s TPS Infrastructure Limited Company.
