Mysuru: The rising contradiction inside the BJP positions came away from any confining influence with couple of leader requesting ouster of Union Minister Ananth Kumar and RSS pioneer Santosh, on May 5 considering the team in charge of cancellation of party ticket to B Y Vijayendra to challenge shape Varuna Constituency.
The protesters requested that Ananth Kumar and Santhosh be removed keeping in mind the end goal to ‘Spare BJP’, while debilitating that they would not vote in favor of BJP’s official candidate from Varuna Constituency, T Basavaraju.
It might be reviewed that Vijayendra’s bid was pulled back finally and this had blended up violence in Varuna as his supporters attacked BJP office and went on an unconstrained strike. Police needed to turn to lathi charge to scatter the furious group and reestablish peace. Unexpectedly, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s son Dr. Yathindra is challenging from this constituency. People hope to see a fight between the wards of Chief Minister hopefuls of BJP and Congress.
Tending to media at the Press Club here on Saturday, BJP leader Siddalingamurthy stated, “Within a span of 20 days Vijayendra made great compatibility with the general population of the voting demographic. He developed as a most loved to win the elections from Varuna. At last BJP crossed out his ticket to challenge from Varuna, and offered it to T Basavaraju, who is a new figure in the constituency.”
“We need to see the review led for giving ticket. How might they not offer ticket to Vijayendra on the off chance that they had evaluated the overview? The party which brags of discipline as its motto, demonstrated its absence of discipline on the issue. In the event that the party had offered ticket to Vijayendra it would have had great effect in different constitunecy too. It would have helped BS Yeddyurappa as well. The choice not to give ticket ultimately puts questions about the party discipline. This move hosts profited Congress,” included Siddalingamurthy.
BJP leaders Madappa, Mahesh and Rajendra were likewise present.
