Man drowns in Kumaradhara

Kadaba: A man drowned in the Kumaradhara River after he went in for a swim with his friends at Patla on Monday, May 7.

The deceased has been identified as Balakrishna Gowda (35), son of late Medappa Gowda of Kodimbala.

His body was retrieved on Tuesday, May 8 by Puttur fire service personnel.
