Bengaluru: Prepared to help Janata Dal (Secular) to form the Karnataka government, the Congress has said even as the BJP appeared to miss the mark concerning an unmistakable greater part.

As a major aspect of the agreement, the Congress is intending to designate a chief minister from the JD(S) and a Dalit deputy chief minister from its own party.

Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge on Tuesday said that an alliance with the Janata Dal-Secular was conceivable.

He included that he will talk about the likelihood of an allaince with Deve Gowda’s party with the high command.

Reports say that Siddaramaiah’s removal from chief minister-ship could be a rider for Deve Gowda to extend his support to the Congress. The JD(S) has said it is the Congress’ “duty” to connect in the event that it didn’t get dominant part.

Vote count on Tuesday demonstrated the BJP ahead of the Congress.

As per sources, the delegation drove by Congress is probably going to meet Deve Gowda. On the off chance that the JD(S) gives green flag of union with the Congress, H D Kumaraswamy might me be able to made the central minister.

Sonia Gandhi is said to talk with H.D. Deve Gowda for a possible alliance in the state.
