BJP party leaders in Udupi celebrate their win

Udupi: BJP party members here celebrated the swearing-in ceremony of BS Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister of the State by distributing sweets and bursting crackers in front of district BJP office here on Thursday.
BJP leader, K.S. Poojary said that the swearing-in of Mr. Yeddyurappa would open a new chapter of development in the State.
Party leaders claimed that several development projects would be taken up by the newly formed BJP government in the State.
Poojary said that since the party won in all the five Assembly seats in Udupi district all the five MLAs would co ordinate and work with towards the people, he said.
The people were pleased by the governance provided by PM Modi in the last four years at the Centre. The implementation of Goods and Services Tax had ensured a uniform tax system across the country, Poojary said.
Dinakar Babu, president of Zilla Panchayat, Nalini Rao, president of Udupi Taluk Panchayat, Upendra Nayak, Shreesha Nayak Pernankila, Raghavendra Kini, Rajendra P., Dinakar Shetty, Mahesh Thakur, Rajani Hebbar, Shilpa R. Bhat, Sandhya Ramesh, Suvardhan, BJP leaders, were present.
