No Nipah cases in Dakshina Kannada : DC

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Sasikanth Senthil has clarified that no Nipah case has been reported from the district.He was speaking to reporters on May 24th.

In the backdrop of rumours on  social media that there have been two Nipah cases in the district, A student from Calicut had  undergone the test just out of curiosity and the samples were sent to Manipal and the result tuened up negative, clarified the DC.
