Bengaluru: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy continues to hold parallel meetings- one with seers and the other with his legislators. He continues to visit religious institutions to seek the blessings of the Almighty and the seers, whom he calls “guides to the government”; and also holds meetings with JD(S) leaders to discuss the future of the government.
On Thursday, he met Pattanayakanahalli Nanjavadhuta Swami and the seer of Adichunchangiri Mutt Nirmalananda Swami in Bengaluru. He also visited Siddaganga Mutt in Tumakuru and met Shivakumara Swami. On the other hand, he also had a meeting with his father and JD(S) supremo H.D. Deve Gowda, wherein he reportedly discussed “wide-ranging issues”. He said that they spoke about the recent political developments, maintaining a stable government and governing according to interests of the people.
In order to reverse the inconvenience of handling scores of supporters who would throng his residence, the Chief Minister’s office has declared that the CM will meet the public at his home office, Krishna, between 10 am and 11 am whenever he is in Bengaluru.
