IMD issues heavy rainfall from June 7

Mangaluru: The Indian meteorological department alerted coastal Karnataka, Goa and Konkan regions might get heavy rainfall from June 7 onward.
Mumbai will get rain from June 6, and the rainfall will get heavy from June 8 until 10. He has advised people to stay indoors during this period.
Meanwhile, surface whirlwind that is building in Konkanl and Goa regions is expected to pass through Maharashtra coast, which might intensify the affects of the monsoon. As a result, some parts of Gujarat are also likely to get rain.
