Bantwal: After Thaniyappa Madival, father of slain Hindutva activist Sharat Madival held Rai and his associates responsible for the murder, the former district in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai has approached the Kanathoor Nalvar Daivasthanam Shrine, a temple court for believers, which sorts out all kinds of disputes.
“If I have made a mistake, let the deity punish me. An inquiry should be held against those who have accused me of the crime,” said the former minister. He expressed his anguish to the temple authorities and said that the allegations were unnecessary.
