Mangaluru: Traffic ACP Manjunath Shetty inspected the Airport Road stretch from KPT at Bondel on Friday.

ACP assured to place barricades and sign boards here to prevent any more mishaps.

ACP Shetty said, “We will place barricades at accident prone areas here. We are also planning to install a hump to reduce the speed of vehicles coming this way. Along with this, school zone board and sign boards will be put up in this area,”

When ACP Manjunath Shetty said that there is shortage of workers to fix cones and plastic humps, local people said they would help. They asked ACP to send the barricades, cones and plastic humps to Bondel and they would help to fix the same on the road.
